Known only as “the fox” or “the clever fox” to most, Kodjif Ed Halzar is the treasure hunter-turned smuggler-slash-head honcho who runs the show out in Vindghast. He is widely credited with having single-handedly turned the town from a dusty stopoff outpost to a prosperous, full-blown hive of scum and villainy.

Supposedly he and Arty are old friends.
